Your profile:

• a completed vocational training in the hotel industry would be an advantage

• Secure knowledge of German and English
• Good computer skills (Windows, MS Office)

Your activities:

• Host of our house, guest contact
• Handling of all incoming calls
• Offer preparation and correspondence
• You will be responsible for the smooth processing of check in, check out, guest relations, phone calls, etc…. Booking management, check-in, check-out modalities – Cashier management, credit card processing, correct invoicing and billing – Close cooperation with all departments of the house.

Attending to guests at the hotel bar, serving and billing drinks such as wine, beer, etc.

Your activities (excerpt)

• prepare and cook food for the á la carte business and events at all posts
• Buffet supervision
• Cleaning the kitchen areas
• Merchandise management (purchasing & storage)

You:

• have completed training as a cook or have experience in the catering industry
• are able to work under pressure and are in good, physical condition
• are a team player

Friday and Sunday evening free, and 24 + 31.12. free
